DAWGS Take First Step Toward Championship

The Lady Bulldogs made it to the Silver Championship match and now must take on an impressive looking St Agnes Lady Tigers team who has just taken care of Bryan in 3 close games, and always seems to play their best against the DAWGS. Magnolia has literally rolled into this match, looking like gunslingers wanting to take any and every one on.

Again the DAWGS started slowly trailing closely behind yet, never trailing by more than 3 points. The DAWGS sprayed kill shots around the floor as Kelli Stewart, Meagan Little, and Katzy Randall keep things close with timely kills and once the score was tied at 9-9: Breane Matula blocked a Lady Tiger attack at 10-9, a time out was immediately called and the rout was on! During the ensuing feeding frenzy, the Lady Bulldogs ripped off 15 points to St Agnes' 6 from that point on and won this opener, in stride and pulling away!

Katzy Randall declawed the Lady Tigers

with a great right arm of her own!
