BANQUET CELEBRATION DEC. 9
The Lady Bulldog Volleyball Banquet will be held on Dec. 9, 2010 at the Graves Administration Building.
The meal will be served beginning at 6:30 pm. Tickets are $10 & can be purchased from any of the coaches. MHS VB Players do not need a ticket since they are paid for by our booster club.
The Graves Building is across from Magnolia Jr. High on Nichols Sawmill Road.

Lady Bulldogs Lose Heartbreaker
The Lady Bulldogs came up short in the regional semifinals. After winning the first 2 games, Friendswood fought back to defeat the team.
Brenham went on to defeat Friendswood in the finals and advance to state.
Congratulations to all the girls on a great season.

It will be a rematch of district 17-4A in the Region III Quarterfinals as Magnolia rolls over Ozen in 3 sets, Montgomery escapes in 5 over Barbers Hill, Stratford downs Crosby in 4, while Brenham moves on by winning 3-1 over Port Neches.

Your Lady Bulldogs soundly defeated Beaumont Ozen in the Area Round of the UIL State Playoffs!
Scores were 25-9, 25-11, 25-9
Shayna Daniels started off the match on fire...serving 6 aces in the first 10 points...and setting the tone for the night. The Lady Bulldogs had too much offense for the Panthers to stop as Kylie Randall, Courtney Felinski, and Katzy Randall combined for 38 kills on the night. Setter Paige Holland did what has become the standard for the Bulldog offense...moving the ball around to a variety of big hitters...in dishing out 43 assists in the 3 set match.
