Make Your Plans: Playoff Brackets for 5A

Well folks, the Lady Bulldogs are still bearing down on a playoff spot here in the stretch for district play and since we want to be prepared for the next several weeks, I thought it would be a good time to pass on this link for the ladies' bracket play. I know...I know... it's early, but some may want to make their plans and they'll want to know - to not book any vacation plans 'till after Thanksgiving, 'cause you never can tell!!

Houston's state playoff picture for Region 3 is shaping up. Looking at the brackets in the UIL'sVolleyball manual you can start to see what the playoffs are going to look like. There is still some more volleyball to be played with some deciding matches but as of now it could look something like below. Note abbreviations W, R and T denote the winner (W), runnerup (R), and third (T) for each district. For example W17 would indicate who it looks like the winner of district 17 will likely be. District Winners get a bye and will play a second round match against the match listed before them.
