Hello, Bulldog Fans;
Please read this quick note from Coach J outlining the upcoming schedule and the need for your upcoming support, as the Lady Bulldogs make their run at the State Playoffs:
WOW! How fast has it flown by??? Thank you to everyone for their work at the tourney, help in the concession stand, yelling for the team from the stands, waving your B/K signs, and getting your daughter to/from practices, games, and tourneys!
The Freshman A team is 4-3 in district (2nd place), Freshman B is 5-1 in district (2nd place), JV is 8-0 undefeated in district (1st place), and Varsity is 8-0 undefeated in district (1st place). WHAT A SUCCESSFUL YEAR!
Please join us after the match next Tuesday vs. Woodlands as we honor our SENIORS: Anna Barren, Kristyn Bergen, Mandi Gray, Caitlin Holland, Ashley Howe, Samantha Lange, and Ashley Meeks. We will have a small reception in the gym, introduce the srs. and their parents...and celebrate our district championship!
As we make a long run into the playoffs, we will need your support! All players that are not going right into basketball will still attend all games.
Friday: We will leave for Lufkin at 12:30 pm, have Subway on the way,
9A&B together at 4:30 pm,
JV at 5:30 pm,
Varsity at 6:30 pm. (I'm sure any snacks are appreciated!)
Saturday: Varsity practice TBA
Monday, Oct 23: Regular Practice
Tuesday, Oct 24: HOME vs. Woodlands,
9A 4:30 pm, 9B to follow;
JV at 5 pm, Varsity to follow
Reception honoring seniors after the varsity match
Wedn, Thurs: Varsity practice after school
Friday, Oct 27: Varsity vs. Memorial, 5:30 pm HOME, all players that are not going on to basketball will need to attend.
Saturday,Oct 28: Varsity Practice TBA
Monday, Oct. 30: Varsity Practice TBA
Tuesday, Oct. 31: Bi-district playoff game TBA
