Set 2, or 'Deaux', for our cajun fans: The Lady Bulldogs jumped on the Coogs immediately with a Kristen Bergen kill and block for the first points of a 2-0 lead, then Michele Williams with a block and a kill at 4-1; and a kill by Alicia Shaffer at 7-3 started to get things rolling. Hannah Fort scored the next 3 points for Magnolia with a kill at 9-4, her (now famous) Hannah Glide at 11-7, and a nice assist block with Kelli Stewart at 12-7.

The Lady Bulldogs began to bury Tomball by continuing to dominate the set (and match) - with strong play from Michele Williams, Kristen Bergen and Hannah Fort; with a good defensive effort and solid passing from senior DS Anna Barren and Alicia Shaffer - all the way forward, keeping at least a 7 point lead to the finish at 25-16. Short and sssswwweeeeeet.....
