The Lady Bulldogs JV fell prey to the Cinco Ranch Lady Cougars JV on Friday night in 3 games for their first Match loss of the season. The Lady Bulldog JV's blew Cinco Ranch out in the Game #1, then fell by almost the same margin in Game #2. Game #3 was a spirited, slugfest all the way with the Lady Bulldog JV's leading by as much as 6 points. Unfortunately, the momentum and a few unforced errors turned the tide and they could not ultimately hold on to the lead. Cinco Ranch began out-hitting and out-running the Bulldogs to win the tie-breaker by 2 points 15-13. The Lady Bulldog JV's have a busy week ahead of them, and will be playing in their district opener on 8/30 against Jersey Village at HOME (4:30) and will be facing Langham Creek AWAY on Friday, 9/2 before playing in the Conroe Tournament on Saturday 9/3.
