Mercifully, the Lady Bulldogs put this one away (25-17) and buried the bones of the Raiders in Game #2 and have earned themselves the right to go on to Round 3 vs the Klein Oak Lady Panthers to be played at the DCC (Don Coleman Coliseum) on Friday at 12:00 PM. Hannah Fort had 11 Kills to lead the Lady Bulldogs while Michele 'Boom-Boom' Williams and Lauren Michael quietly added 5 Kills apiece against the Lady Raiders as MHS played as many players as they could in the two game-rout. Mary Chadwick had 9 Assist Sets while Caitlin Holland had 8 Sets and 3 Serve Aces to go along with this tasty 'morsel' of a victory! Way to Go, Caitlin!!

The Lady Bulldog's record now stands at (10-1) in Matches and (25-3) in Games. The ladies are going to have to turn on the juice for this one, as Klein Oak is led by 6' OH Bridgette LaPlante (All World player, etc) and still have enough to take on on Cinco Ranch (12-0) with 6'1"MB Carrie Gurnell (another All World player, etc), later in the afternoon (6 PM) at the Dawg House. This could be a great weekend of recognition for the Lady Bulldogs !!
