What would a championship run be without a great comeback? Well, it would still be a championship run, but it would be more like an Academy Award winning MOVIE with all the drama, if you had a great comeback thrown in there for a storyline...Well, with everything on the line - that's just what Magnolia did! The ladies took it one point at a time and began to gain the momentum and took charge. The deciding set #3 started with Kingwood doing everything right and the Lady Bulldogs committing one error after another - and before they knew it - the Lady Mustangs were galloping away with an 8 point lead at 2-10. Things did not look good for our super heros, and it would take a mighty charge to turn this train around, let alone to catch the Lady Mustangs or pass them at the wire! After closing the lead to a couple of manageable points, this championship game has really become exciting at 17-15 with Kingwood having the upper hoof, errr...hand, with this file beginning:
