Magnolia Too Much for Conroe Lady Tigers

Set #4 and the Lady Bulldogs have a (2-1) advantage going into this potential match win. It's been kind of a weird night for volleyball, let alone it's your district opening match! Ah, that's right....it's Homecoming weekend for Magnolia and there are other festivities tugging at the ladies!

There have been some weird, wild, disputed calls and things are getting louder and closer to being out of control --- and that's just my cell phone call, folks!!!

'Boom Boom' Williams launching a missle at the top of her "GLIDE"...

Michele Williams started the madness out with a shot down the left side of the court at 1-1 and a solid, great block at 3-1; when OH Jamie Kaleh had a shot of her own at 5-2, and Alicia Shaffer hammered a kill off the Tigerette's hands at 10-6........things are going our way! I've purposely left out the disputed calls, confusion, and the scorkeeping problems, etc - but there was no doubt about who was the better team tonight when Hannah Fort put the 'Hannah Glide' on 'em with a hard hit off the Tiger's nails at 12-8, and a follow up Kristyn Bergen's 'surgically-placed' kill shot at the end line , for a 13-8 advantage.....it was as if the Lady Bulldogs had just put their first district game away and placed their new Tigerettes trophy on the mantle. This audio file picks up with Magnolia leading 17-10:
