9B (9-9) defeated College Park (25-16, 22-25, 25-18) & Oak Ridge (25-20, 25-20)
JV (18-5) defeated College Park (25-13, 18-25, 25-22) & Oak Ridge (25-13, 21-25, 25-16)
Varsity (23-7) swept College Park (25-20, 25-11, 25-16) & Oak Ridge (25-6, 25-13, 25-18)
Friday’s win moves the Varsity HOME match WIN streak to 20!
SWEEPS!!! The latest victims—COLLEGE PARK & OAK RIDGE!
I thought the match against Oak Ridge was one of the best all-around efforts by the varsity team this season. It was exciting to see the service aces (Alicia had 11!), the timing between the setters and hitters was right on, and the defensive effort was awesome. Many people have asked…the young lady from Oak Ridge is doing well; she had a minor concussion. Thank you for your concern.
I am proud of all of our teams! Every player is working hard in practice & contributing so much to their team!

Come out & support the girls on Friday! It is football homecoming so the varsity will play at 5 pm, with JV to follow, but 9A/9B will remain the same. The Woodlands will be a tough SWEEP for us! We need you!!!

Isn’t the ladder of success in the main gym really neat?? The girls made it themselves! They love counting up to a district championship & the playoffs!
